Meet a Timothy

I found it very difficult to find a starting point in writing this biography. I know that I wanted to include basics such as my name (Evan Cruse), age (24), alma mater (Michigan State), and facts about my life (married to my incredible wife Emily for over 2 years). But after this I kept running into writer's block, until the Spirit spoke clearly though His word.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 describes those who will not inherit the Kingdom of God. I am not worthy of the Kingdom of God, and the Bible is clear that the wages of sin is death for all of us. Nevertheless, that is not the end of our story. God loves the world so much that he gave his only begotten Son over to a fallen world to die a humiliating and painful death. It is through the Cross and the blood of Christ that I am saved.

God's grace has radically changed my life. I would have called you crazy if you told me at nearly any point of my life that I would be training to be a Pastor, yet God has plans greater than mine. His thoughts are not my thoughts, nor are his ways my ways. It is my duty to follow His path.

I look forward to all that God will accomplish through Timothy Ministries. I am humbled to call myself a Timothy, and through the up's and down's, we will glorify the King of Kings by following his Biblical plan for planting, starting, and growing His church.

Glory to God!

Timothy Ministries uses a Pauline style of church planting to be able to accomplish multiple church plants in a short, yet efficient, amount of time.

    Our goals:
    1) To plant seven churches in twelve years.
    2) To train men to take over and pastor the church plant to maturity.
    3) To plant churches with a heart to plant churches.
    4) To establish more church planters... multiplying church plants.
